FITNESS STUDIO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. MEMBERSHIP TERMS

1.1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our facilities, booking classes, or purchasing a membership, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

1.2 Membership Eligibility

Members must be at least 18 years of age. Members under 18 require written consent from a parent or legal guardian.

1.3 Membership Entry Access

Your membership entry code/fingerprint access is personal to you and cannot be transferred to others.

1.4 Membership Freezing

Members may freeze their membership for a minimum of 15 days or 1 month and a maximum of 2 months per year with 7 days' written notice. It totally depends on the package you have purchased.

2. PAYMENT TERMS

2.1 Membership Fees

• All memberships are paid via recurring payment methods (Cash/Bank Transfers/ UPI)
• Fees are charged in advance on a monthly basis.
• We reserve the right to change membership fees with 30 days' written notice.

2.2 Failed Payments

• If your payment fails, we will attempt to collect payment again within 5 business days.
• Continued non-payment may result in membership suspension and collection procedures.

2.3 Refund Policy

• Membership fees are generally non-refundable.
• Processing fees and the current month's dues are non-refundable in all cases.

2.4 Class Bookings and Cancellations

• Classes must be booked in advance through our WhatsApp.
• Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled class time.
• Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged.

3. FACILITY USAGE

3.1 Hours of Operation

• Standard operating hours are posted on our website and at our facility.
• We reserve the right to modify hours for holidays, maintenance, or special events.
• Access outside of staffed hours requires acceptance of additional terms for 24-hour access.

3.2 Dress Code and Conduct

• Appropriate athletic attire and closed-toe athletic shoes are required.
• Personal hygiene must be maintained, including wiping down equipment after use.
• Disruptive or threatening behavior will not be tolerated and may result in membership termination.

3.3 Personal Training

• Personal training sessions must be paid for in advance.
• Cancellations require 24-hour notice or the session will be forfeited.
• Personal training packages once expired, will not be serviced post Validity.
• Only authorized trainers employed by our facility may conduct training sessions.

4. LIABILITY AND WAIVERS

4.1 Health & Medical Conditions

Members must notify us of any medical conditions that may affect their ability to exercise safely. We recommend consulting with a physician before beginning any exercise program.

4.2 Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge that exercise carries inherent risks. You assume all risks associated with using the facilities, including but not limited to injuries resulting from equipment use or physical exertion.

4.3 Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our facilities.

4.4 Personal Property

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property. Secure lockers are provided for your convenience, but their use does not constitute a bailment.

5. PRIVACY POLICY

5.1 Data Collection

We collect personal information necessary for your membership, including contact details, payment information, and attendance records. This information is handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

5.2 Use of Information

Your information may be used to:

• Process payments
• Communicate regarding your membership
• Improve our services
• Send promotional materials (with consent)

5.3 Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access or disclosure.

6. GENERAL PROVISIONS

6.1 Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time with 30 days' notice through email or posted notices in our facility.

6.2 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [YOUR STATE/PROVINCE], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

6.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable.

6.5 Photography & Recordings

We may occasionally take photographs or videos for promotional purposes. By using our facilities, you consent to being recorded or photographed, with the understanding that you may request to be excluded from such media.
